(nee Stone) Passed away at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home on April 6, 2008, Mabel Tobin of Gaskiers, S.M.B., aged 87 years. Predeceased by husband Martin (1979), parents Alfred and Annie, sisters: Elsie and Myra; brothers: Austin, Fred and Cecil, brother-in-law Simon. Leaving to mourn with fond memories four daughters: Daphne (Jim Butler), Shirley (Gerard Lane), Mary (Brian Oates), Patsy (Calvin Critch); grandchildren: Dean and Jamie (Charlene) Butler, Sherrie Lynn (Adrian) Tobin; Martina, Melissa and Michael Bennett, Bradley Oates; Nancy, Martin and Calvin Critch; three great-grandchildren: Daniel, Brady and Jake; brothers: Hayward Stone (Jean) and Randell Stone (Irene); sister Lillian Young; sisters-in-law: Maude Stone, Lucy Rowsell, Bridget Halleran and Catherine Glassey, as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, especially her caregivers at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home. Resting at Gibbons Funeral Home, St. Mary's, on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 from 6-7 p.m. (for family only), 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday, April 9, 2008, 2-4 p.m., 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to take place on Thursday, April 10, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, St. Mary's.
