The death occurred at home on February 5, 2017, after a long illness, of Joseph Christopher "Chris" Lawlor, age 66. Survived by wife of 43 years, Rosanne (Howatt) and beloved sons Jeremy and Jonathan. Loving Poppy to Sean, Nicole and Abagail. Brother to Ted (Judy), Anne (Frank Murray), Bill (Sonia) and Cindy. Remembered by parents-in-law Betty and Everett Howatt and brother-in-law Everett King. Predeceased by parents Edward (Ouch) and Mildred Lawlor. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris, following cremation, for visiting hours on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 4 - 8 p.m. Funeral to be held on Thursday morning, February 9, 2017 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Souris for funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment at a later date.
