It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Miles Colin Mac Donald on February 14, 2017. Born in New Waterford, Miles moved to Glace Bay at an early age. Miles was predeceased by his parents, Rod and Bernetta Mac Donald; sisters, Colleen (Alexander Mac Donnell), Marion (Fred Froebrich), Toronto and nephew, Sean Buck, B.C.
Miles is survived by his sisters, Mary (Doug Mc Donald, deceased), Toronto, Reynelda Mac Donald, Fredericton; his brothers, Rod (Trudy) Mac Donald, Glace Bay, Michael (Sharon) Mac Donald, Howie Center; his godparents, Charles and Leona Campbell, Sydney and many nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation, by request. A family internment service will be held at a later date. Donations in Miles memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the care of Chant’s Funeral Home, Sydney, N.S.
