Myrtle A. (nee Taylor) Ballem
The death occurred peacefully at the Garden Home on March 1, 2017 of Myrtle A. (Taylor) Ballem, veteran of WW II, in her 99th year. Wife of the late Cedric Ballem of Marshfield. Myrtle is survived by her children, Evelyn (Douglas) MacDonald, Myrna (Robert) Sanderson, Marsha (Don) Proude, Linda (Stephen) MacDonald, Jamie (Cindy) and John (Anne). Survived by 21 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and sister-in- law Dorothy (Perley) Taylor. Predeceased by sisters Margaret (Charles) Hurry, Addie (Roy) Walker, brother Perley, and granddaughter Jennifer MacDonald. Resting at the MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Friday from St. Columba Presbyterian Church, Marshfield at 1 p.m. Interment in St. Columba Presbyterian Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, however if so desired, donations to St. Columba Presbyterian Church or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. No visiting hours by personal request.
