The family of the late Gerard Philip Mackinnon would like to express our sincerest thanks and gratitude to everyone for their support and condolences during this difficult time.
To those that brought food, cards and made donations, to the doctors and nurses of the Cape Breton Cancer Centre, VON, Palliative Care and the An Cala Unit for their endless support, to Sonia Bagnell, Debbie Jessome, Melissa gale, Jackie Brake and Dr. D’DIntino for their help and support during his final days, to all of his close friends that were there to support him throughout his lifetime, to Gary Chant and Meco Construction for their understanding and support throughout his lengthy struggle, to MacLellan Brothers Funeral Home and Father MacPhee for a beautiful service. The kindness and compassion will never be forgotten.
