Passed away on Sunday, April 2 at Misericordia Place Personal Care Home in Winnipeg MB, at the age of 92. Born Oct 12, 1924 in Mt. Pleasant, PEI, the youngest child of the late, Alpheus and Matilda (Penwarden) Ramsay. He was predeceased by his son Brian, long-time partner Ruth Lang, six brothers (Daniel, James, Howard, Lester, Wilbur, Roland) and five sisters (May, Mildred, Florence, Olive, Mabel). He is survived by grandson Chris Ramsay (Colleen), and several nieces and nephews. We would like to thank the staff at Misericordia Place for all their care and kindness. A private memorial service has been held. He will be laid to rest beside his son in Vancouver BC.
