It is with great sadness that the family of the late David Ryan announce his passing at the W.M.R.H. Palliative Care Unit on Friday, April 28, 2017 at the age of 66 years. He leaves to mourn his wife Brenda of 43 years; daughter Nicole Curtis (Rodney); son Billy Ryan (Kelly); precious grandchildren Emma and Alice; sister Rose Ryan (Rick); brothers Jim Ryan (Marie), Alan Ryan (Laura), Terry Ryan, Frank Ryan (Jeannie), John Ryan (Joy); sisters-in-law Greta Tapp, Geraldine Tarbett (Clyde), Evelyn Tapp (Dave), Wanda Tapp, brothers-in-law Doug Tapp, Raymond Tapp (Sharon) and Clayton Tapp (Debbie), also a large circle of extended family, friends and coworkers of W.M.R.H and Corner Brook Long Term Care. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Olive Ryan; sister Gertrude Ryan (Bill); brothers Don Ryan, Randy Ryan and William Ryan; brother-in-law David Tapp; mother and father-in-law Bill and Alice Tapp. In keeping with David's wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place from Country Haven Funeral Home 167 Country Road on Monday May 1, 2017 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from All Saint's Anglican Church, Clarence St. on May 2, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Tanya White officiating. Interment at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donation can be made to a charity of one choice.
