Passed away in the presence of his loving family at the Dr. Leonard A. Miller Centre, Palliative Care Unit, on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017. Predeceased by his parents, Ellis and Janetta Powell. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Catherine (Noel); children: Jennifer (Robert), Robert (Nola) and Mary (Michael); grandchildren: Elizabeth, Vince, Rachel, Robert, Alyssa, Kody, Darien, Christopher and Maxine; great-grandchildren: Lillian, Carter, Liam, Bailey and Raina; brother Darius (Dare), spouse Dean, their children Andrea and Iain and their families; mother and father-in-law: Dorothy and Bert Noel; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
