Passed away in the presence of his loving family, Carter Brian House at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto on Wednesday, May 17th, 2017 at seven weeks five days old. Left to mourn are his Mommy, Chelsea, Daddy, Austin; grandparents: Stephanie (Brian), Lester (Natalie), Ingrid and Borje; great grandparents Brian (Dianne), Brian (Joy), Betty (Henry) and Norma (Jerry); aunts Brianna, Rebecca and Jenna; uncles Cody, Evan and Jordan; great-uncle Cook; as well as many relatives. Visitation will take place from Fillatre's Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Sunday and Monday from 2-4:00 p.m. and 7-9:00 p.m., with a Prayer service at 9:00 P.M.; officiated by Father Don Leonard. Cremation to follow at Humber Valley Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to Ronald McDonald House.
