(Rose) Passed peacefully away on Saturday, April 12th, 2008 in the presence of her loving family, Mary Rose Prowse (nee Hudson) aged 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Gus in 1977. Leaving to mourn her very special son and lifetime companion Francis, sons: Brian, Gus (Glenda) and Paul (Joan); daughters: Rosemary (Leonard) and Peggy (Dan); grandchildren: Gussy (Lyndsay), Kim (Mark), Patrick, Matthew, Nicole (Adam), Jennifer (Glen), Katie, Gregory (Sarah), Daniel, Darryl, Deeann, and David; great-grandchildren: Zachary, Jasmine and Jackson; relatives Bernard and Betty Prowse, nephew Jim Prowse (Joan), nephew and niece Vincent and Christine (England), longtime friend and neighbour Myrtle Sullivan; as well as a large circle of friends including all her friends at the Benevolent Irish Society. Special thanks to the staff at St. Patrick's Mercy Home and the staff at St. Clare's Hospital 4 West General Medicine for their care and support. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to take place on Wednesday, April 16th, at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
