Marjorie Squires
(nee Tucker) Passed away at St. Clare's Hospital on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted wife, mother and nan who loved each one of us in her own special way. She will be remembered in our hearts forever. Predeceased by her husband Robert Squires, baby boy, and her granddaughter Kayla. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Rhoda Cochrane (John), Edith Lawrence (David), P.D., Lydia, Bob, Violet Williams (Peter), Doug, Clarence (Jeanette), Laura (Clyde Clarke), Christine (Ernest Ripco), Thelma Hicks (Derek), Carol Miller (Lorne), grandchildren Kelly (Stephen), Jill, Carol (Lorne), Crystal (David), Leslie (Brian), Robert (Jodie), Clarence (Shelly), Bill (Amber), Joe, Ron, Terry, David, Jennifer, Timothy, Victoria, Sean, Cory (Corrine), Melissa, Tracey, Annie, Kayla, Steven, Kyle; eleven great-grandchildren; sister Clementine; step-sisters Clara, Sadie, Pheobe; step-brother Dick; special friends Gerald and Jack MacDonald, Lydia Fowler, Ethel, Allen, all her pals at the 50 Plus Club, special care givers at St. Clare's; also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Wednesday 12-9 p.m. and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Friday, April 18, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Philips Anglican Church. Interment to follow at St. Philip's Anglican Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Marjorie's memory may be made to St. Philip's Anglican Church.
