March 25, 1959 - January 29, 2008. Passed peacefully away in the presence of his family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, January 29, 2008, Randy Welsh of Heart's Delight-Islington, in his 48th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, children: Elaine (Yellowknife, NWT), Joel (Bonnyville, AB), Joshua and Jacob (Heart's Delight) and their mother, Denise Welsh; parents, Leslie and Shirley Welsh (Heart's Delight); sisters: Carol (Jim) Rowe, Heart's Content, Cathy (Darren) Smith, Dildo; brother George (Karen) Welsh, Heart's Delight; aunts and uncles: Enos (Tilley) Welsh, Audrey (Clarence) Sheppard, George (Hazel) Green, Gail (Glen) Groves; also leaving to mourn 10 nieces and nephews, and extended family. Randy also leaves to mourn a large circle of very special friends. Resting at the Anglican Parish Hall, Heart's Delight-Islington from 7:00 p.m. January 30th until time of funeral. The funeral will take place on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Matthew's Anglican Church, Heart's Delight-Islington. Interment to follow in St. Matthew's Anglican Cemetery, Heart's Delight-Islington. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully declined.
