Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at Placentia Health Centre on Sunday, April 20, 2008, Donald Pomroy of Dunville (formerly of Merasheen), age 75 years. Predeceased by parents Theresa and William Pomroy, and parents-in-law Cecily and George Wilson, brothers Leo, Vincent and Ron, sisters Stella Wilson and Martha Ennis. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife of fifty-one years, Violet (Wilson), sons: Don (Mary Ann), Tony (Janette), George (Gail), daughters: Judy (Brian) Mullaly, Diane (Brendan) Barry, cherished grandchildren: Corinne, Charlene, Christopher, Samantha, Tony, Kristina, Jennifer, Sarah, Georgia, Cherilyn, Heather, great-grand-daughter Ayla, brothers: Pat (Angela), Father Bill, Kevin (Betty), sisters: Leona (Bill) Jarvis, Sister Ida, Sister Nellie, sisters-in-law: Julie MacIvor, Mary Hann, brothers-in-law: Donald Wilson, Patrick Ennis, nieces, nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation on Monday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia on Wednesday, April 23 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Fr.
