(nee Grandy) Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Sunday, April 20, 2008. Evangeline House, aged 90 years. Predeceased by her husband Charles. Leaving to mourn are her children: Edie Armstrong (Al), Len (Barb), Charl (Janine), Rose Kolubinski (Al), Reg (Rita), Viola Birmingham (Bob), Betty Howse (Mike) and Bill; twenty-one grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; sister Annie Clarke and close family friend Grace Howse as well as many other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will take place at Barrett's Chapel on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Field of Honor.
