Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick's Mercy Home, St. John's, NL on Sunday, April 27, 2008, Edith Mable Denty of Boat Harbor in her 94th year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories two sons: Brad (Laura) Denty of Boat Harbour and Norm Denty of Grand Bank; daughter Mary Thorne of St. John's; six grandchildren: Michael, Jason, Steven, Susan, Allan and Shelley; five great-grandchildren: Nathan, Cody, Kaden, Faith and Dagan; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by husband George; son Garry; grandson Trevor; daughter-in-law Sharon Denty; and son-in-law Jerry Thorne. Resting and visitation to take place from Transfiguration Anglican Church in Boat Harbour on Monday, April 28 from 7 p.m. - 10 p.m., Tuesday, April 29 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m., 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m., Wednesday, April 30 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at Transfiguration Anglican Church in Boat Harbour on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Boat Harbour.
