Passed peacefully into the arms of her loving Saviour on Sunday, April 27, 2008, at Hoyles NI, St. John's, Martha Blundon Jones of Whitbourne, formerly from Bay de Verde in her 93rd year. Predeceased by husband Bertram; babies: William and Selma; parents: George and Mary Jane Blundon. Giving thanks for her long life and happy memories her loving and devoted daughter Margaret Jones, St. John's, Pamela (Cecil) Cumby, Cornwall, ON; sons: Malcolm (Brenda), Newbrook, AB, Stewart (Belle), Saskatoon, SK; and her cherished ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren; her extended family, The Shepherd's: Robert, Paul, Aidan and Margaret and their families; also many nieces, nephews and friends, especially William and Judy Blundon, Chapel Arm. At Mom's request, cremation has taken place. Resting at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Whitbourne, from 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2008.
