Passed peacefully away at Dr. GB Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, April 29, 2008 of Old Bonaventure, aged 82 years. Predeceased by parents, Alonzo and Marcella. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife Marjorie of 62 years; daughters: Bernice (Wilson) and Barbara (Don); sons: Raymond (Edith), Garland (Daphne), Maurice (Maxine) and Olonzo (Beverly); 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and a large number of relatives and friends. Resting at St. Luke's Church, Old Bonaventure. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2008 at St. John The Evangelist Anglican Church, New Bonaventure with interment at St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery, Old Bonaventure. In his memory donations may be made to Daffodil Place, St. John's.
