It is with sadness that the family of the late David Barnes announce his sudden passing on April 29, 2008, aged 52 years. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Mary Barnes. Leaving to mourn daughters: Jennifer Barnes-Woodford and Andrea Barnes (husband Kevin); son Jody Barnes (wife Claire); sisters: Kathy Marton, Linda Jobin, Cindy Blackmore (husband Lyle), Jacquelyn Bourdeau (husband Tony); brothers: Harry, Ken, Tony (wife Linda) and Terry; grandchildren: Abigail, Erika, and Joshua; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Thursday, May 1, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with funeral service at All Saint's Anglican Church in Foxtrap Friday, May 2, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place on Sunday at St. Matthew's Anglican Cemetery in Trouty at 2:00 p.m. Donations in David's memory may be made to Daffodil Place.
