of Epworth passed away April 26, 2008 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by his parents, Susannah and William Wrixon; also his sister, Margaret Baker. He married the love of his life, Mae Pardy, in 1940 while working in the mines at Buchans. Sadly, Mae predeceased him in 2006. Mr. Jack was a man of many talents and along with his wife Mae operated a successful General Store in Epworth for almost a quarter of a century. Serving his God, his church and his fellow man was foremost in John's life. In the past year he helped raise sufficient funds to build a school in Nepal. Left to celebrate his life are his son Bill (June); daughter Donna Snow (David); five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and many friends."Your seat will be empty and you will be missed"I Samuel 20:18.
