Passed peacefully away at the Miller Center on May 4, 2008 at the age of 76. Helene was a lifetime dog lover and breeder-trainer for many years. Leaving to mourn are husband Kenneth; children Michael (Diana), Andrew (Nancy), Valerie (Harold), and Oonagh (Michael); 5 grandchildren Meghan, Evan, Nicholas, Matthew, and Colin. A celebration of Helene's life will take place at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on May 7, 2008 from 4-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to your local S.P.C.A., Daffodil Place or a charity of your choice.
