MERRIGAN, Leo Patrick – Passed away at the Placentia Health Care Centre, on Friday, February 6, 2009 of Big Barisway. He leaves to mourn his wife Edith, son Joe (Kay), Churchill Falls, daughter Marg Furey (Doug) St. John’s, grandson Sean (Holly) and their children Brady, Lachlan and Reagen, and grandson Glen (Michelle), also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Coombs Funeral Home, Placentia on Saturday, February 7, from 2-9 P.M., and Sunday February 8 from 2-9 P.M. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, February 9, at Sacred Heart Church, Placentia at 10 a.m., Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Barisway.
