REARDON, Jennifer Marie - Dec. 12, 1978 — Passed peacefully away after a short illness on February 6, 2009 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Toronto. Surrounded in her passing, as in her life, by her loving and devoted parents Gary and Theresa (nee Clarke) and many family and friends.
