SMITH, Arthur Harold– Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Friday, February 6, 2009, Arthur H. Smith, age 81 years. Leaving to mourn his wife Rosemarie (nee Lundrigan), sons Harold (Madonna) and Wallace (Kay); daughters Emma Fry (Doug), Phyllis Peddle (Edward), Rita Smith, Norma Lynch (Levi) and Michelle Hart (fiancée Fred); fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren; brother Victor Smith (Marina); sisters Hazel Snow, Rita Butt and Viola Penney; special niece Jane Collins (Ed); special friends Sheila and Bernard Dwyer of Topsail, Shirley and Ed Jenkins of Mount Pearl. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors and friends on Sunday, February 8, from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Funeral Service on Monday, February 9 at 11:30 a.m. from Caul’s Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be graciously accepted.
