RHODENA ANN "PAT" MINGO RHODENA ANN "PAT" MINGO, 62, of South Young Street, Truro, passed away peacefully Sept. 22, 2007 at home after her battle with cancer. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Vernon and Agnes (Kaulback) McNutt. Pat will be remembered as a strong and loving person who loved life and her family very much. She is survived by her husband of 46 years Harold Mingo; daughter Kelly (Mark) Lindsay, two grandsons Jeff and Ryan, and granddaughter Chantelle, all of North River; sisters, Jackie (Delmar) Marshall, Linda (Frank) Densmore, Vernon (Angie) McNutt, Lorraine (Lester) Fitzgerald. She was predeceased by a son Vernon Mingo. Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and funeral service 2 p.m. Tuesday, all in the Mattatall Funeral Home, Truro. Rev. Cyril Mersereau will officiate with a reception to follow in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Watson Cemetery, Truro. In lieu of flowers donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
