DONALD QUIRINGDonald Quiring, 68, Windsor Avenue, Bible Hill, passed away, Friday, Sept. 28, 2007 at home. Born in Prince Albert, Sask., May 4, 1939, he was a son of the late Jake and Catherine (Fricsen) Quiring. He is survived by his companion, Evelyn (Varner) McNeill; children, Diane, Brenda, Barbie, Donnie; step-children, Debbie, Wanda, Gerald; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sister, Loretta Clarke, Edmonton, Alta. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the Mattatall Funeral Home, 55 Young St., Truro. No visitation or services by request. Don's cremains will be spread in BC by Terry Rolfe, at a later date. Donations in Don's memory may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of the Colchester Regional Hospital, Truro, or to the Truro Branch of the VON.
