Donald Frederick Hunt, 47, Truro, passed away suddenly at home on Oct. 2, 2007. Born in Halifax he was a son of Richard and Lillian Hunt, West St. Andrews. Donald was an employee at Stanfield's in Truro for 28 years. He enjoyed spending time with his kids and keeping in touch with friends and family. He will be sadly missed by his children Jordan, Chad and Hailey at home; sisters Janet Hunt, Halifax; Kathy (David) Fraser, Mount Uniacke; Janie Hunt, Halifax; Betty Hunt, Halifax; Lisa (Kevin) Marriott, Herring Cove; brother John Hunt, Stewiacke; many nieces, nephews; aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Stephanie, brother Richard Hunt and niece Theresa Hunt. Visitation 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Main St., Shubenacadie, with funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Bridget's Roman Catholic Church, Shubenacadie, Father Andrew Rembarczyk presiding.
