MACKIE - Shirley Caroline March 7, 1942 - April 4, 2008 It is with deep sadness, but also a sense of peace and celebration of a life well lived, that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, step great grandmother and sister. Left to cherish her memory are her two sons Kevin Bannerman (Lisa Barton) and Richard Fulton (Kelly Carriere); her grandsons Jesse and Stevie Ray Bannerman and Grady Fulton; her step grandsons Jordon Barton, Jordan Carriere and Cole Carriere; great grandson Jaidyn; her siblings Bob (Evelyn) Bannerman, Tena Bannerman, Vivian (Harvey) Weir, Ralph Benning, Ed Bannerman, Vern (Audrey) Bannerman and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Art; her parents Stanley and Frances Bannerman; her brothers Harold "Bud" Bannerman and Roy Bannerman; her special angels twin daughters at birth Theresa Lee and Cara and her granddaughter Jairic Alysha Fulton. Our sincerest thanks to the marvelous nursing staff on the 5th floor of the Victoria Hospital, Pastor Denis Serfas and Dr. Crawford for all the compassion and care shown for Shirl during her hard and difficult time. She is now at peace and leaves us and takes our love with her forever, God Bless! Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at the East Hill Community Hall, 290 - 23rd Street East, Prince Albert, SK. Interment will be held at a later date.
