MR. ED RACH 1935 - 2008 Rach, Edwin "Ed" Thomas age 73 passed away Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Victoria Union Hospital after a short battle with lung cancer with his son at his side. Prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 17 from River Park Memorial Chapel. Father Cliff Tremblay will officiate. He will be deeply missed and remembered by his son Kevin Bremner (Angie) and 4 sisters & 1 brother. He was born to Anton & Katherine Rach on July 12, 1935 at their farm in Springvalley, SK along with 12 siblings. He served a term in the Royal Canadian Air Force. On his return he worked on the family farm and then spent the rest of his time until retirement trucking for various companies ending his career with the RM. He enjoyed helping out whenever needed on his 2 friends Fran & Mike's (& families) farm and spending time with his special friends, Cliff & Vickie (and families).
