NEW GLASGOW – Calum Ross Mason MacDonald, 8 lbs 3oz, 20 inches long, beautiful, dark haired baby boy, was born into Heaven March 14th, 2008. Calum was an energetic baby inside his mother’s womb for thirty-nine and a half weeks but due to a concealed placental abruption he lost his lifeline and was taken from us three days prior to his due date. Mourning the life that was not to be are his mother, Kimberly Aylesworth and father, Sandy MacDonald, New Glasgow; brothers: Lachlan, at home; Max, Aaron and Regan, Burlington, Ont.; sister, Jenna, Burlington; maternal grandparents, Terrance Aylesworth and Bonnie Corby, Burlington; paternal grandparents, Darlene and Angus “A.A.” MacDonald, Ardness; maternal great-grandfather, Mervyn Aylesworth, Gananoque, Ont.; paternal great-grandmother, Mary Thelma MacDonald, Ardness; aunts, Shannon (John) Bouchie, Ardness; Stasia (Glen) Chiasson, Ottawa; cousins: Ginny, Alex, Taylor, Arik, MacKenzie and Connor. Calum was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Susan Irene Aylesworth, and uncle, Kevin Ross Aylesworth. A private service will be held. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lismore.
