WESTVILLE - Cecelia Carolina "Sissy" (Webber) Sager, 72 years, MacKay Street, Westville, passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in New Glasgow on July 1, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Benoit) DeYoung. Cecilia will be deeply missed by her husband, Michael; daughters, Louise (Mike) MacDonald, New Glasgow; Barbara Jean Webber, at home; a son Raymond (Brenda) Webber, Moose River; grandchildren: Cory (Krista), David, Maria Lynn, and Evan Webber; Janice MacDonald; great-grandchild, Jacob. She is also survived by sisters, Jean (Albert) Cylburne, New Glasgow; and Blanche Fraser, New Glasgow; brothers, Elmer (Ann) DeYoung, New Glasgow; Ralph (Bubby) DeYoung, New Zealand and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Russell Webber; and infant daughter, Esther; sisters: Dollena Stewart, Alice Best, Margaret Phalen, Agnes Sutherland; and brothers: Frank, Joe, Pat, Bert, Louis, John and Wally DeYoung. Cremation has taken place. Her family will receive friends at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville, with visiting on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville, with the Rev. Doug Pilsworth officiating. Burial will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens. Donations in her memory may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation or to a charity of one's choice.
