STELLARTON – Daniel Maxwell ”Max” Carrigan age 67 of Stellarton, and formerly of Ontario passed away on Monday, December 17th, 2007, in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow . Born in New Glasgow, he was the son of Violet (Dykens) Carrigan and the late Daniel Maxwell Carrigan. Max lived his early part of his life in Stellarton before moving to Ontario where he worked as a truck driver for most of his working life. Surviving besides his mother, are a sister, Marilyn Herbert of Moncton; nieces, Debbie, Bonnie and Marilyn; a nephew, Link Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the H.C.MacQuarrie Funeral Home with Father Peter MacDonald officiating. The family will receive visitors from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. in the H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton. Burial will be in Christ Anglican Cemetery. Donations in memory of Max may be made to the Palliative Care Society of the Aberdeen Hospital.
