Passed peacefully away at The Agnes Pratt Home on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, Marjorie Alice Chubbs, aged 85 years. Predeceased by her husband Bert Chubbs. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her two sons Carl (Barbara) and Keith (Delia); four grandsons: Darrell (Trina), Jeffrey, Michael and Jason; sister Irene Hillier; sisters-in-law Phyllis Crane and Eleanor Chubbs; special friends Shirley Reid and Elaine Chubbs; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue from 2-9 p.m. on Thursday and from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. on Friday and then from 10 a.m. - 12 noon on Saturday. Funeral service to be held from The Church of St. Mary the Virgin, Craigmillar Avenue on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at The Anglican Cemetery, Kenmount Road.
