Caribou River – Milton Robert Falconer, 60, Caribou River, passed away suddenly at home on November 26, 2007. Born in Pictou on August 8, 1947, he was a son of the late Ernest and Sarah (MacPhail) Falconer. Being a bachelor he kept himself busy with wood cutting and other tasks around his property. He was a very devoted brother to his sisters, Bella Smith, New Glasgow, and Gladys Johnson, Clemsport, N.S. Milton is also survived by a brother, Albert Falconer, Caribou River, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother-in-law, Stanley Smith. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Friday in McLaren Funeral Home, Pictou. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the McLaren Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Burial will be in Seaboard Cemetery. Donations in Milton’s memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the S.P.C.A.
